Career
Alaya made her film debut in 2020 with “Jawaani Jaaneman,” a family comedy-drama directed by Nitin Kakkar. In the film, she portrayed a 21-year-old girl who claims a 40-year-old man, with a disdain for marriage, to be her father. Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics, Alaya’s performance was highly praised.
In 2022, Alaya starred in “Freddy” opposite Kartik Aaryan & Sajjad Delafrooz, playing the character of Kainaaz Irani, a woman trapped in an abusive marriage. In 2023, she appeared in “Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat,” alongside Karan Mehta, Sapna Pabbi, Vicky Kaushal & Vinod Nagpal
