Her father, Zafar Ahmed Khan, passed away in March 2021, and her mother, Razia Zafar Khan, takes care of the home. Gauahar has two younger sisters, Nigaar Khan, who is an actress, and Kausar Khan, the owner of a spa in Dubai. She also has a brother named Asad Khan.
