Career
Pandey began her career in Jabalpur’s theatre scene and entered the film industry with the Telugu movie Arjun Reddy in 2017, starring opposite Vijay Deverakonda. Despite not being fluent in Telugu, she performed her own dubbing. The film was a hit, earning her a nomination for the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut (Telugu) for her role as Preethi. In 2018, she made a brief appearance in the Hindi film Meri Nimmo and featured in the successful Telugu film Mahanati.
2019 saw Pandey in five film releases. She portrayed Sowcar Janaki in the Telugu film NTR: Kathanayakudu and achieved success with the Telugu film 118. Her Tamil debut came in October 2019 with 100% Kadhal alongside G. V. Prakash Kumar, but the film did not perform well at the box office. Her last two releases of the year were the Tamil film Gorilla and the Telugu film Iddari Lokam Okate.
Pandey marked her Hindi film debut in 2020 with the ZEE5 movie Bamfaad, co-starring Aditya Rawal. She also appeared in the Telugu-Tamil bilingual Nishabdham. In 2022, she portrayed Mudra, a Gujarati mother, opposite Ranveer Singh in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. Pandey is set to appear in Junaid Khan’s Maharaja, and filming began in 2021.
