Rasika started her journey in Hindi cinema with a small role in the 2007 film “Anwar.” Following that, she appeared in various films such as “No Smoking” (2007), “Hijack” (2008), and “Tahaan” (2008), but mostly in minor roles. She also ventured into television with shows like “Powder” (2010) and “Rishta.com” (2010).

In 2015, she gained critical acclaim for her role in the film “Qissa.” Critics and audiences praised the movie, calling it a masterpiece of parallel cinema. Rasika also appeared in the Malayalam film “Kammatti Paadam” (2016) and the TV series “Tu Hai Mera Sunday” (2016).

Her television career continued with roles in series like “Dariba Dairies” (2015) and “P.O.W.- Bandi Yuddh Ke” (2016). She also hosted the show “Devlok with Devdutt Pattanaik” and appeared in web series like “Permanent Roommates” (2016) and “Humorously Yours” (2016-2019).
