Triggered Insaan was born on 14 November 1995 in Delhi. He grew up alongside his sister, Prerna Malhan, and younger brother, Abhishek Malhan. All three siblings eventually pursued careers on YouTube.

After completing his engineering degree in Delhi, Triggered Insaan started working but soon became dissatisfied with his job. He decided to leave his job and began creating short videos at his parents’ house, keeping this venture hidden from them.

Initially, Triggered Insaan named his channel Yes Yes Bhai, but later changed it to Triggered Insaan, suggested by Moussa. As his videos started gaining popularity, he emerged as one of the top YouTubers in India.

In 2020, Triggered Insaan’s main channel reached 9 million subscribers, while his second channel, Live Insaan, garnered about 6 million subscribers. Along with his siblings, he continues to upload engaging content on his channels.

Triggered Insaan’s brother, who also ventured into YouTube, runs a channel named Fukra Insaan. Despite initially considering leaving his job to pursue a career on YouTube, Triggered Insaan has now gained fame and a dedicated following, carving out a place in the hearts of millions.
