Career
In 2011, Singh made her television debut with the serial “Diya Aur Baati Hum” on Star Plus, portraying the character Sandhya Rathi/Kothari I.P.S. She continued in this role for five years until the show concluded in September 2016.
In 2014 and 2019, she participated as a contestant in Ekta Kapoor’s Box Cricket League. In 2018, Singh appeared in a web series titled “The Real Soulmate.”
After a hiatus from television acting, Singh made a comeback in 2019. She portrayed the double role of twin sisters Sandhya and Sakshi Patwardhan in Colors TV’s supernatural show “Kavach… Mahashivratri.”
More recently, Singh reprised her role as S.S.P Sandhya Rathi for a promotional video for StarPlus’s show “Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.” The promotional video was filmed to highlight the connection between “Diya Aur Baati Hum” and the new show, which centers around I.P.S Officer Virat Chavan and his marriage to Sai Joshi under challenging circumstances.
