In 2017, Soundous and her friend began a travel agency called Trips Exotica in India. However, due to some issues with management, Soundous had to leave India, and she couldn’t help the company grow. Afterward, on 23 December 2020, Soundous appeared in her first music video, “Aaja Aaja.”
Then, on 11 Feb 2022, she played a role in a short film titled “Uljhe Hue,” which got released on Amazon mini tv. In 2022, Soundous took part as a contestant in the reality show MTV Roadies X9 Season 18. This show was hosted by actor Sonu Sood in South Africa. Unfortunately, she got eliminated after a few days.
Moving forward to February 2023, Soundous achieved success by winning the Indian dating reality show MTV Splitsvilla X4 along with Hamid Barkzi.
