Career
Sonalika Joshi has showcased her acting prowess in both films and television. In the film “Zuluk” released in 2005, she portrayed the character Teju. The following year, in 2006, she appeared in “Waras Sarech Saras” as Reena. These early contributions to the film industry showcased her versatility as an actress.
Moving into the television domain, Sonalika made a cameo appearance in the show “Aakash Peltana” in 2003, taking on the roles of Rama and Naina. In 2005, she also featured in “Gahire Paani.” Later, from 2007 to 2008, she played the role of Radha’s boyfriend’s sister in the show “Parrivaar.” However, it was in 2008 that she gained widespread recognition for her role as Madhavi “Madhu” Aatmaram Bhide in the immensely popular and long-running series “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.”
