Simple Kaul, born in Mumbai, Maharashtra to Kashmiri parents, showed an early interest in Hindustani classical music. Her television journey began with appearances in shows like “Kkusum” and “Kutumb” in 2002-2003. She gained prominence with her role as Parminder “Pam” Sohni in “Shararat” from 2003 to 2006.

Following this, she appeared in various television series such as “Ye Meri Life Hai,” “Baa Bahoo Aur Baby,” and “Twinkle Beauty Parlour Lajpat Nagar” in the mid-2000s. In 2008, she starred in “Jugni Chali Jalandhar” as Jiya and continued to make guest appearances in shows like “C.I.D.” and “Grihasti” in 2009.
