Lodha started his journey in the world of comedy by participating in Comedy Circus and later in Comedy ka Mahamukabla. He played the character Taarak Mehta alongside Disha Vakani, Shailesh Lodha, Munmun Dutta, Dilip Joshi, Amit Bhatt, Neha Mehta, Mandar Chandwadkar, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, Kavi Kumar Azad, Bhavya Gandhi, Nidhi Bhanushali, Jheel Mehta, Raj Anadkat, Tanuj Mahashabde, Gurucharan Singh, Sonalika Joshi, Priya Ahuja, Monika Bhadoriya, Kush Shah, Shyam Pathak, Sunayana Fozdar, Samay Shah, Ambika Ranjankar, Palak Sindhwani & Supriya Pathak in the sitcom “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah” from 2008 to 2022 .

Lodha was born in Jodhpur into a Marwari family. His family moved around a lot due to his father’s job. Lodha is married to Swati Lodha, who is a management author, and they have a daughter named Swara. His mother, who loved reading and had a good grasp of Hindi, played a significant role in his upbringing. At the tender age of nine, Lodha earned the nickname “Baal Kavi.”
Although he initially had an office job, Lodha decided to pursue his true passion – writing poems. In a 2015 interview, he mentioned, “I am half Jain.” Lodha holds a B.Sc. degree and has also completed a PG in marketing. His journey reflects his commitment to following his heart and embracing his creative calling.
