Early Life

Nora Fatehi was born and brought up in Canada and has Moroccan roots. She completed her education at Westview Centennial Secondary School in Toronto. Nora pursued studies in political science and international relations at York University. In interviews, she has mentioned feeling deeply connected to Indian culture and considers herself “an Indian at heart.”

Career

Nora Fatehi kicked off her career with a debut in the Hindi film “Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans.” Later, she made her entry into Telugu cinema with an item number, “Ittage Recchipodham,” in Puri Jagannadh’s movie “Temper.” She also made a special appearance in Vikram Bhatt’s film “Mr. X,” alongside Emraan Hashmi and Gurmeet Choudhary. Nora continued to sizzle in item numbers, featuring in songs like “Manohari” from “Baahubali: The Beginning” and “Kukkurukuru” from “Kick 2.”

In 2015, Nora signed up for Telugu films like “Sher,” “Loafer,” and “Oopiri.” She even stepped into the Bigg Boss house as a wild card entrant during the ninth season, staying for three weeks before leaving in the 12th week. The talented artist also showcased her dancing skills on the reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2016. Nora played the lead role opposite Sanjay Suri in the film “My Birthday Song.”

Come February 2019, Nora inked a deal with T-Series as an exclusive artist, gearing up for roles in their upcoming films, music videos, web series, and web films.
