Pendse’s acting journey began at the age of ten when she debuted as a child actor in the television series “Captain House” in 1995, produced by Ekta Kapoor. She gained prominence in the Hindi entertainment industry with roles in shows like “Padosan” (1996), “Hasratein” (1996), “Meethi Meethi Baatein” (1998), and the Marathi series “Pimpalpaan” (1999). She also showcased her versatility in episodic television through various roles in “Rishtey–The Love Stories.”

In 1999, Pendse marked her Hindi film debut in “Daag: The Fire” and portrayed Sunny Deol’s sister in “Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin.” She continued to portray supporting roles in Hindi cinema, including films like “Deewane” (2000), “Chhupa Rustam: A Musical Thriller” (2001), and “Tum Se Achcha Kaun Hai” (2002). Notably, she played Madhuri Dixit’s friend in “Devdas” (2002) without an audition.

In 2002, Pendse ventured into Telugu cinema with her leading role debut in the romantic comedy “Sontham,” receiving praise for her performance.
