Salvi began her career on the small screen with Zee TV’s program Aashirwad. This paved the way for her role as Khushi, one of the protagonists, in Ekta Kapoor’s show Kohi Apna Sa. In 2005, she appeared in the serial Saarrthi, portraying the character Manasvi Goenka.
