Career
Kunwar Amar started his career as a contestant on the Indian dance reality TV show “Dance India Dance.” He performed impressively and became one of the finalists. Following this, he took on the lead role of Reyansh Singhania in the dance-based teen drama “Dil Dosti Dance.”
Amar participated in the reality dance show “Nach Baliye 5” with Charlie Chauhan and later appeared as a contestant on “Dare 2 Dance,” a dance-and-stunt reality show that aired in September 2014 on Life OK. He also took on episodic roles in Zing TV’s “Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya” and Bindass’s “Yeh Hai Aashiqui,” where he portrayed Vikram Kapoor and Ayan Khanna, respectively. In 2016, he appeared as Aladdin/Kabir in the popular TV show “Naamkaran.”
Kunwar Amar made guest appearances on several reality and competition shows. He was a celebrity guest on “MasterChef India” in 2012-2013 and performed with Shantanu Maheshwari in the “Teen Ka Tadka” episode of “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” in 2017.
