Harshdeep Kaur rose to prominence in the music industry with her victory in MTV’s singing competition “Video Ga Ga” in 2003. Later, in 2008, she clinched the top spot in the show “Junoon – Kuch Kar Dikhaane Ka,” competing in the Sufi Ki Sultan genre under the mentorship of Rahat Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

In 2013, Kaur lent her melodious voice to the title track of the TV series “Bani – Ishq Da Kalma.” Notably, she holds the distinction of being the only singer to have appeared in all four seasons of Coke Studio (India) from 2011 to 2015, showcasing her versatility and talent.

Transitioning to television, Harshdeep Kaur took on the role of a coach on the StarPlus singing reality show “The Voice India.” Alongside fellow coaches Adnan Sami, Kanika Kapoor, and Armaan Malik, and with the guidance of “Super Guru” A. R. Rahman, she mentored aspiring singers, enriching the show with her expertise.

In her personal life, Kaur tied the knot with her childhood friend Mankeet Singh in a traditional Sikh wedding ceremony on 20 March 2015 in Mumbai. The couple welcomed their first child, Hunar Singh, on 2 March 2021, marking a new chapter in their lives.
