Disha Parmar began her career working in a Delhi-based company called Elite Model Management India, where she was involved in organizing auditions for Rajshri Productions. In 2012, she decided to explore acting and auditioned for the role of Pankhuri in the TV serial “Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. Fortunately, she got selected and gained recognition in the Indian television industry. She was cast alongside Nakuul Mehta, Manasi Salvi, Sonali Naik, Mukesh Khanna, Mandar Jadhav, Ashlesha Savant, Nitesh Pandey, Suchitra Bandekar, Harsha Khandeparkar, Mehul Buch, Junior Mehmood amongst others

Disha also participated in TV reality shows like Box Cricket League Season 1, made a guest appearance in Bigg Boss Season 9, and was part of I Don’t Watch TV alongside Alekh Sangal, Nakuul Mehta, Drashti Dhami, Aneri Vajani, Sanaya Irani, Dilnaaz Irani and Aniruddh Dave.
