Benafsha Soonawalla began her career as a video jockey at MTV India. Following this, she ventured into reality television by participating in Roadies X4 in 2016, one of India’s most prominent youth-based reality shows. In 2017, Benafsha entered the Bigg Boss Season 11 house, marking her presence on another significant reality show.
Transitioning into hosting roles, Benafsha co-hosted Channel V’s Campus Diaries alongside her ex-boyfriend, Varun Sood. She further showcased her hosting skills by leading MTV Pantaloons Style Super Stars, a fashion reality show spanning two seasons from 2019 to 2020. The show aimed to provide a platform for aspiring individuals to kickstart their careers in the fashion industry.
Expanding her television presence, Benafsha made appearances on various shows, including The Royal Palate in 2019 and Pyaar Dosti Hai with Priyank Sharma in 2020. In 2021, she hosted The Gypsies, showcasing her versatility as a television host. Benafsha also delved into the world of music videos, starring in Shaan’s “Sun Le” in 2022 and collaborating with rapper Dino James on the song “Boyfriend” in 2023.
