Career
Aditi Sharma embarked on her entertainment career in 2004 by winning the talent show “India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj” on Zee TV. Her film debut came in 2007 with “Khanna & Iyer”, where she portrayed the character Nandini Iyer. She then ventured into Telugu cinema with “Gunde Jhallumandi” in 2008 and appeared in “Om Shanti” in 2010.
In 2011, Aditi portrayed Rajjo in “Mausam” and Saira Rashid in “Ladies vs Ricky Bahl”. She also appeared in “Kuch Khatta Kuch Meetha” and “Babloo” the same year. In 2014, she played Tanya Shrivastav in “Ekkees Toppon Ki Salaami”.
Her Punjabi film debut came in 2015 with “Angrej”, where she portrayed the character Maarho. Aditi continued her journey in Hindi cinema with roles in films like “Saat Uchakkey” in 2016 and “Subedar Joginder Singh” in 2018, where she played Gurdyal Kaur Banga.
In the television realm, Aditi gained critical acclaim for her portrayal of Gangaa Shukla in the TV series “Gangaa” from 2015 to 2017. She also appeared in shows like “Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka” as Dr. Mauli Khanna from 2018 to 2019 and “Katha Ankahee” in 2022-2023 as Katha Singh.
Her recent ventures include the Punjabi films “Ikko Mikke” in 2020, where she played Dimple, and “Teeja Punjab” in 2021, where she portrayed Babita. In 2023, she appeared in “Chal Jindiyae” as Sifat, and in 2024, she starred as Harjot in “Parahuna 2”.
