In 2020, Thara Bhai Joginder, an Indian YouTuber known for his catchphrase “Yo Joginder Thara Bhai Joginder,” gained attention after YouTuber Deepak Kalal roasted one of his videos. Following this, Joginder appealed to social media users for support.

That same year, he launched his YouTube channel, “Thara Bhai Joginder,” which quickly amassed over 125k subscribers. Joginder also became active on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, where he gained a substantial following, reaching over 117k followers on Instagram alone.

In 2020, Joginder made appearances in various media projects. He starred in a Haryanvi music video called “Jhel,” sung by Sumit Jaat. Additionally, he featured in a comedy video titled “Pyar V/S Lootpaat” on his YouTube channel.

Joginder admitted his lack of familiarity with fundraising methods and social media led to a major oversight, resulting in public allegations of misusing funds. He clarified that he redirected some of the funds to the NGO involved and other organizations once he realized the mistake.
