Career

In 2001, Mukherjee started her dance training at the Ananda Shankar Centre for Culture under Tanusree Shankar’s guidance. During the filming of Mastan, she began dating her co-star Jeet. They appeared together in several films like Kranti, Sathihara, Priyotoma, Krishnakanter Will, Pitribhumi, and Partner.

Mukherjee’s filmography spans several years and includes a variety of roles. In 2001, she appeared in Hemanter Pakhi. Her notable films in 2003 include Chokher Bali, where she portrayed a young courtesan, and Criminal. In 2004, she starred in Mastan as Mamta.
