Career

Surbhi began her acting journey in 2013 with her debut in the film “Ivan Veramathiri,” where she played a college student opposite Vikram Prabhu. Critics praised her natural performance, and she received nominations for Best Female Debut in various award ceremonies.

In 2014, Surbhi made her mark with a cameo appearance as a chain smoker in “Velaiyilla Pattathari” alongside Dhanush. This was followed by another brief role in “Jeeva.” Both films were well-received, contributing to her growing recognition in the Tamil film industry.

The following year, Surbhi ventured into Telugu cinema with “Beeruva,” opposite Sundeep Kishan. While her performance received mixed reviews, it marked her entry into a new audience base.
