Career

In 2016, Thakur entered the acting scene with her Punjabi film debut in Bambukat, where she portrayed a notable role. This marked the beginning of her journey into the world of cinema. Subsequently, she made her presence felt in 2017 with the short film Dark Brew, sharing the screen with Vinay Pathak.

Her transition to Hindi cinema took place in 2018, starring in Brij Mohan Amar Rahe alongside Arjun Mathur, which streamed on Netflix. Concurrently, she made her web debut with Viu’s Banned and joined the cast of ALT Balaji’s Broken But Beautiful Season 1, alongside Vikrant Massey.

The year 2019 proved to be eventful for Thakur, as she appeared in several Hindi films, including Chappad Phaad Ke and Upstarts, both of which were well-received originals. Additionally, she made an appearance in an episode of Voot’s Fuh se Fantasy and reprised her role in Season 2 of ALT Balaji’s Broken But Beautiful.
