Career
Awasthy Rode started her television career with the role of Seher in MTV Fanaah Season 2. Following this, she portrayed Razia Sultan in &TV’s historical drama “Razia Sultan” and Draupadi in the mythological drama “Suryaputra Karn.” In 2017, she took on the lead role of Amla in Star Plus’s show “Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka?,” an Indian adaptation of the famous Turkish series “Fatmagül’ün Suçu Ne?”
Moving forward, in 2019, she appeared in an episodic role in Colors TV’s “Kaun Hai?” as Pauloma/Anvesha and also featured in &TV’s “Laal Ishq.” Additionally, from June 2019 to January 2020, she played Vedika Agarwal in Star Plus’s drama “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.”
Rode made her debut in Hindi cinema with “Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan,” released in February 2020. In 2022, she portrayed Kajal Bhatt Khurana in “Gud Se Meetha Ishq.” In 2021, she joined Sab TV’s show “Maddam Sir” in the role of ASI Mira, a humanoid robot.
