Neeharika Roy is an Indian actress and model best known for her role as Radha Vashisht in Zee TV’s show “Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan” in 2022, where Shabbir Ahluwalia played the lead role. After the show aired, viewers began comparing Neeharika with Sriti Jha, who had worked with Shabbir in “Kumkum Bhagya.” Neeharika addressed these comparisons in an interview, saying she expected them and was not affected by them, hoping that people would appreciate her work as well. She also mentioned that Shabbir made her feel comfortable and advised her not to focus on such comments.

Neeharika grew up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Since childhood, she was passionate about acting and participated in various dance competitions at her school. In an interview, she shared that she wanted to be an actor from a very young age, starting auditions in the 4th standard and landing a few cameo roles as a child artiste. However, as she grew older, she struggled to find work, which stressed her out and made her reconsider her career choice. But in 2020, she got a role in the show “Tera Yaar Hoon Main.” After that show ended, she was grateful to get the opportunity to work on “Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan.”

In 2007, Neeharika visited the Kamakhya temple in Guwahati with her parents. By 2013, she had played the role of Saubhagyawati in Sony TV’s show “Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap.” In 2016, she appeared in an episode of Life OK’s TV show “Savdhaan India,” titled “Nathpratha.” In 2020, she portrayed Trishala Bansal in Sony SAB TV’s show “Tera Yaar Hoon Main.”

In 2022, Neeharika discussed her role as Radha Vashisht, sharing her experiences of numerous auditions and the frustration of not getting roles. She felt a deep connection to her character due to her lifelong devotion to Lord Ganesha and Baal Gopal, which she had to depict on screen.
