In 2012, Ali started her television career with a supporting role in the drama “Durr-e-Shehwar”. She then landed her first lead role in “Aik Nayee Cinderella”. Despite criticism, she impressed in the comedy drama “Aunn Zara”.

The following year, Ali starred in “Khoya Khoya Chand” and “Ranjish Hi Sahi”, showcasing improvement in her acting. Her performance in “Meri Zindagi Hai Tu” earned her praise from critics.
