While still playing Slamball, Garrett got his first taste of acting with a role on an episode of “One Tree Hill” that featured a Slamball-related storyline. This experience led him to sign with an agent and start landing minor roles in TV shows like “Hawthorne,” “CSI: Miami,” and “NCIS,” as well as in the film “Transformers: Dark of the Moon.”
In 2011, Garrett began a recurring role as Deputy Sheriff Cane on FX’s “Sons of Anarchy,” appearing in 17 episodes over the span of three years.
2016 marked a turning point in Garrett’s career as he landed two significant roles.
