Career
After finishing her college studies in fashion design, she did an internship at Bhartiya International Limited, working as a Merchandising Intern for three months. Later, she became a Product Design Intern at Chisel Effect in Noida.
In 2013, she started her career with a Delhi-based clothing company called Apparel Online, where she worked as a Fashion Correspondent. Following that, she joined Fashion Forward Trends as a Trend Analyst and Content Writer. In May 2014, she ventured into copywriting at Razorfish Neev, an Interactive agency.
In the same year, she made her television debut on the show “Son of Abish,” hosted by Abish Mathew. In 2016, Kusha took on the role of Fashion Editor at Times Internet and later became the head content writer at iDiva. During her time at iDiva, she created videos for their Facebook Page and gained internet fame for portraying the fictional character Billi Maasi.
In 2020, she worked on the Netflix India YouTube show “Behensplaining” and appeared in the Netflix film “Ghost Stories.” Following that, Kusha participated in the Amazon Prime comedy reality show “Lol: Hasse Toh Phasse.”
In 2022, she featured in the Amazon Mini TV sketch comedy show “Case Toh Banta Hai” as a Judge, also known as The Judge That Won’t Budge. Currently, she has collaborated with numerous celebrities, including Abhishek Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Varun Sharma, Sugandha Mishra, Siddharth Sagar & Sanket Bhosale.
