Disha Salian embarked on her career journey in 2011 as a freelance reporter with WinkBall company. Over the years, she gained experience and held various positions at esteemed firms in India. This included roles at the Times Group as a researcher, Media Vantage as a celebrity manager, and Imagesmiths, CAA KWAN Talent Management Agency Private Limited, and Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment Private Limited as a talent manager.
In 2013, alongside her professional roles, Salian also worked as a freelance talent manager. During this time, she collaborated closely with several renowned celebrities in Bollywood, such as Bharti Singh, Rhea Chakraborty, Varun Sharma, and Sushant Singh Rajput.
Death
Disha Salian tragically passed away on June 8, 2020. Reports indicate that she died by jumping from the 14th floor of her residence in Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West.
Following the incident, she was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital in Borivali, Mumbai, where she was pronounced dead. It’s been suggested that Salian had been struggling with depression for an extended period, leading her to take such a drastic step.
However, conflicting reports have emerged regarding the circumstances of her death. Some sources claim it was a suicide, while others speculate it was accidental. According to these accounts, Salian had been partying with her boyfriend and close friends, consuming alcohol. Allegedly, she locked herself in a room following a disagreement with her boyfriend, which ultimately led to her falling from the 14th floor.
