Early Life
Atif Aslam was born on March 12, 1983, into a Punjabi family in Wazirabad, Pakistan. He started his schooling at Kimberley Hall School in Lahore until 1991, after which he moved to Rawalpindi. In Rawalpindi, he continued his studies at St. Paul’s Cambridge School in Satellite Town. Returning to Lahore in 1995, Aslam further pursued his education at a Divisional Public School and College (DPSC) branch.
His educational journey continued as he attended Fazaia Inter College for his Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) from 1999 to 2001. Later, he enrolled at PICS to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer science. During this time, Aslam shared in an interview that he harbored the ambition of becoming a singer.

Over the years, Atif contributed to various films, including “Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya,” “The Reluctant Fundamentalist,” and “Badlapur.” His rendition of “Tajdar-e-Haram” in Coke Studio gained immense popularity, crossing 285 million views on YouTube.
