Anu Aggarwal, born on 11 January 1969 in Delhi and raised in New Delhi, showed an interest in acting from a young age. During her school days, she actively participated in theater, starting a theater group in 8th grade and even directing and acting in plays.

After completing her education, including earning a gold medal in sociology from Delhi University, Aggarwal ventured into modeling and VJing. She made her Bollywood debut with the musical hit “Aashiqui” and quickly gained popularity in the industry.

In 1997, she joined the Bihar School of Yoga to pursue yoga and became a Karmayogi. However, in 1999, a serious car accident left her in a coma for 29 days, resulting in memory loss of her earlier life.
