Career
Khare began her acting career in 2014 with the drama series “Yeh Shaadi Hai Ya Sauda,” directed by Lal Vijay Shahdev, which aired on DD National and ran for more than 300 episodes. In 2016, she played a parallel lead role in “Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re” on Life OK and portrayed Aparajita in Zee TV’s supernatural drama series “Vishkanya Ek Anokhi Prem Kahani.”
Following these roles, Khare took on the character of a police officer in “Beta Bhagya Se Bitiya Saubhagya Se” on Doordarshan. She then starred as the lead character Bulbul Namdhari, the wife and love interest of Vijay, in the political drama “Saam Daam Dand Bhed.”
In 2019, Khare joined Ekta Kapoor’s drama series “Yeh Hai Chahatein” on StarPlus, where she initially appeared in a cameo role as Mahima Srinivasan, the protagonist’s sister. Her role eventually evolved into an antagonist, marking her first significant role on Indian television, which received appreciation from the audience. In 2020, she was cast as Meera Sharma, the adoptive sister of Bani, in “Naagin 5.”
Since 2021, Khare has been playing the role of protagonist Lakshmi Oberoi in Ekta Kapoor’s drama series “Bhagya Lakshmi” on Zee TV. This role is notable as her third collaboration with Balaji Telefilms and her third consecutive top-rated Hindi GEC show. It also marks her first major success as a lead actress.
Throughout her career, Khare has also made special appearances in other series. In 2019, she appeared in episodes of “Laal Ishq,” playing characters such as Maya in “Mundi Ka Tandav,” Radha in “Ashtabhuji Danav,” and Roshni in “Shikari Kauwa.” In 2022 and 2024, she made appearances in “Kumkum Bhagya” as Lakshmi Bajwa Oberoi and, in 2023, participated in “Bollystar Vacation” as herself.
