Ahsaan Qureshi, also known as Ehsaan Qureshi, is an Indian stand-up comedian born in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh. He gained prominence as the runner-up of the 2005 stand-up comedy competition, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, on Star One. With over 20 years of experience as a stage performer, Qureshi is known for his jokes that focus on political satire and social issues. He entered the reality show at the behest of his friends.
Qureshi’s filmography includes roles such as Abdul Karim Telgi in “Bombay to Goa” (2007), Advocate Babulal Fansiwala in “Bhavnao Ko Samjho” (2010), Tillu in “Ab Hoga Dharna Unlimited” (2012), Maan Singh in “Ek Paheli Leela” (2015), Sher Khan in “Mere Genie Uncle” (2015), and a friend in “Wig Boss” (2019).
His television appearances include being a contestant on “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge” in 2005 and the narrator for “Takeshi’s Castle” in 2006.
