Career

In 2017, Rughani made her TV debut on “Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey,” playing the roles of Devi Rajawat and Devika Babbar. Her portrayal of a mother and daughter received praise.

Following her successful debut, she starred in “Muskaan” from May 2018 to 2020. In this show, she played the titular character, Muskaan Singh, who faced societal ostracization due to her mother’s profession. Her performance earned her critical acclaim and a large fan base.

In 2020, Rughani took on the role of Zara in Sony SAB’s fantasy series “Hero – Gayab Mode On,” opposite Abhishek Nigam. Moving into 2022, she appeared as Gungun in StarPlus’s “Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey,” opposite Manan Joshi.

And most recently, in February 2024, she began portraying Ibaadat in Zee TV’s “Rabb Se Hai Dua.” Additionally, Rughani has ventured into music videos, starring in “Meri Aashiqui” in 2023, alongside singer Saaj Bhatt.
